  1. step 1: Are you ready?

    First we invite you for a tech-call. You have a chat with guys from the team that is interested in you, about your experience and favourite projects that you had fun with so far. We want to get to know you a bit better and listen how excited you are talking about nerdy stuff. Afterwards, You should feel like you had a nice chit-chat with your buddies about great stuff that you do.
  2. step 2: Let's write something together!

    Now it’s time to demonstrate your skills in action. Working hand in hand with our Technologists, and potential your soon-to-be colleagues, you will address the issue you may come across on the job. It is a great way to check whether you and your work well together, understand each other and feel good about it. This is the most important part of interview for us - and it works both ways!
  3. step 3: How about cultural fit?

    Last step is about you as a person. What do you value? How do you like to work? Why do you love your job? We tell you what we love and value, and see how you feel about it. Hopefully, we all are on the the same wavelength, and this is would be just a beginning of a great relationship. Reaching this step means you’re close to succeeding. Just a couple more questions from our Managers… and that’s it!
